Note the lack of a denial in Crawford’s statement. AZ Central is now reporting that the Palins have likely purchased a home in Scottsdale. The Palins have yet to confirm or deny the reports. However, a commenter (nederlandbill) at Conservatives4Palin had the following to say about the news.
“I did the mortgage on a property 2 homes away and owner says she saw the Palins looking at the home.”
This is a very interesting development if true. I suspect we’ll hear much more in the coming days. Stay tuned!

From the article:
....A just-closed deal on a secluded luxury home in far north Scottsdale might fit the bill, and talk has begun that this may be the one. It’s an 8,000-square-foot, dark-brown stucco home with a guard gate that can keep unwanted visitors away. It has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a six-car garage, a swimming pool and spa, and a full basement with a home theater, billiards room and wine cellar.

Safari Investments LLC paid $1.695 million cash for the home in a deal that appears designed to cloak the identity of a high-profile buyer.

Safari Investments is a Delaware limited liability firm formed May 12, the day before the deal for the Scottsdale home closed. No officers are listed on the Delaware filing, and that state doesn’t require the names of individual associated with limited liability companies to be disclosed. High-profile people often buy homes through LLCs to maintain their privacy.

Alan Kierman, an attorney with the Phoenix law firm of Mack Drucker & Watson, is listed on property records as the contact for Safari Investments. Asked point blank by The Arizona Republic if Palin and her husband Todd Palin bought the north Scottsdale house through the company, Kierman said he had no comment....

It would not be surprising. If Bristol already lives there with the grandchild, it makes sense.

Sarah’s house, if this is true, will be 40 minutes from Bristol’s.

I can’t stand the Arizona Republic/AZ Central. Besides just about any Republican, they constantly pick on the Palin’s and allow commenting by the nutcasae obots, meanwhile, anything having to do with “migrants”, aka ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, they either don’t report, hide, or cover up.

Want to get to know Sarah Palin?

Ask the Politico, after all who would know more about what Sarah Palin is than those who run and work at the Politico? LOL!

And...so?

I would buy a home in AZ...or the Smokies...or NOLA...or LOTS of places...

IF Mrs p6 would let me, LOL!

Besides Mrs p6 no one would care. Who cares where Sarah makes a home? After living in Alaska for so long I can understand why she'd go to a warm place.

I noticed a few months ago that Huckabee built a new house in South Walton County, Florida. He might just like the beaches tho.

So they bought a house? Besides being *their* business it’s something many people do every day. If some of you people were left alone in the Palin’s home you would be going thru closets and drawers. Get a fecking life already.

To have a political base in lower 48 for 2012 campaign makes perfect sense.

Get a fecking life already.

I am hoping she wants to establish residency and run for Kyl’s Senate seat.

Why not. Take Alaska, raise the temperature 80 degrees, replace the polar bears with saguaro cactus, add a couple hundred thousand illegal aliens, and you have Arizona.

“Sarah’s house, if this is true, will be 40 minutes from Bristol’s.”

HA! More like an hour or so from Maricopa where Bristol bought.....but Bristol is now in LA to film a reality show....Scottsdale would be closer to LA than Maricopa. Alaskans have always liked Arizona....Alaska in the summer and AK in the winter....perfect weather both ways! I never really understood why Bristol chose Maricopa to begin with...I live there....and we are moving into PHX...closer to where this house is....so.....WOOHOO!

From what I read, he fell in love with the beach, the area, and everything else.

Its the first time in his life, where he has a really nice home, lots of money, and no commitments, no wonder he isn't running.

I guess McCain will become her campaign advisor to pay back the favor of Palin supporting him over JD Hayworth. Jan Brewer did the same thing.
