Before February 2011 Trump called himself "pro-choice" and even sponsored a dinner for the head of the National Abortion Rights Action League. In his book "The America We Deserve" Trump wrote, “I support a woman’s right to choose".

In the last couple weeks Trump has been pandering to conservatives and in some cases, he's been successful hoodwinking some on the right.

Trump has stated his support for abortion rights, gun control, prosecuting so-called “hate crimes” committed against gays and nationalized health care run by the federal government.

Any conservative who votes for Trump is either an uninformed fool, or only pretending to be a conservative.

Let Trump do all the damage he wants to Obama. That's fine. But no conservative should ever consider voting for him.

“Never trust a man with a comb-over.. He is trying to “trick” you..”

LOL! Sorry I may just have to steel that line from you. Seriously, like Ron Paul, Trump may appeal to some, but a serious contender after the Iowa debate, I don't think so. And judging by the comments on Liberal Talk radio from lefties who are happy to see him throw his hat in, I don't see this being a good thing for the GOP front-runners ahead of him in the polls. Trump being Trump will do what he can to knock them down a rung or two.

Exactly. Trump supports broadbased amnesty for illegals.

I strongly suggest people read Trump's book, "The America We Deserve", or at least look up his quotes on the issues. Google Books Link On pages 206-208 & 218 they will find the following:.

"... the goal should be clear: Our people are our greatest asset. We must take care of our own. We must have universal healthcare. Our objective [should be] to make reforms for the moment and, longer term, to find an equivalent of the single-payer plan..."

On page102:

"The Republicans walk the NRA line and refuse even limited restrictions. I generally oppose gun control, but I support the ban on assault weapons and I support a slightly longer waiting period to purchase a gun".

Yeah right. And no one wanted Reagan in 79. I can’t believe people still fall for this crap. They have memories like a sieve.

When he set that site up was he planning to run as a Democrat or Independent because from records I have seen he did not register as Republican again until 2009? His party affiliation changes every few years.

Don’t disagree with your point but what requires more thinking is where is is placing his bet today........

Trump has stated his support for abortion rights,

It sounda nearly identical to Reagans' stand on abortion.

What's not to like?

OK so you are calling me either a fool or pretending to be a conservative. As I look up to the picture of Ronald Reagan I have hanging on my office wall, these are fighting words to be sure. You want to stick with them?

You are a joke.

Reagan never supported abortion on demand or Roe v Wade.

I’ve told you this before. Stop lying.

Trump is a liberal scumbag.

Trump and BLOOMBERG?

Bloomy could make life very tough on Donald, if he got on Bloomy's bad side.

Did Trump support Giuliani?

And judging by the comments on Liberal Talk radio from lefties who are happy to see him throw his hat in,

Would these be the same "lefties" who are overjoyed at the thought of the butt of their jokes, Sarah Palin, throwing in her hat?
