Waukesha County is very conservative and we have a large voter turnout in important elections.
I was an observer in Racine during the 2004 election and I remember reading in the Wisconsin papers that one of the counties went 95+ for Bush. I think it was Waukesha County that did that.

If the lib wins, when would she be sworn in? It would seem that would be critical to the suit now in progress.
