Live thread: Wisconsin Supreme Court election - Prosser vs Kloppenburg

This election is important nationally too. If Kloppenburg is elected the Wisconsin mandate by the electorate in 2010 in this state will be negated by the WI Supreme Court and the unions will have won.

I live in a hardcore conservative area and discovered today that my Prosser yardsign was mutilated and thrown into one of my plantings.

Pray for Wisconsin and for Prosser's election!

Dane cast 220,000 votes in the gubernatorial election and have already cast 170,000 today. That’s a lot of turnout compared to any other county

It's easier to cheat in a single county than in several counties. Plus, you only need to buy off one judge or a handful of county officials. :)

Keep the fraud concentrated, I always say.

CONSERVATIVE OR LIBERAL?

Waupaca went to Walker by 2700 votes fwiw. Proseer is underperforming Walker and turnout is less so maybe he can pull a thousand votes out of Waupaca. But maybe not if unions is strong there which I don't know.

I'm with you.

Like I said in another post, probably won’t have accurate total till wee hours of the night. No doubt recounts will occur. I will chip in on a Prosser sponsored recount!

I think if Prosser doesn’t pull this off, the GOP needs to enact a Cloward-Piven strategy and overwhelm the State Supremes with bills. Voter ID, Collective bargaining, etc.Keep passing them! Like others said here, there will be layoffs and local taxes will go up if Walker cannot enact his budget reforms.

Here we go with the guns again. Put up or shut up. I am so sick of people talking tough and then sitting on their asses DOING nothing about it.

There are two new “muscle” cars out there right now that I really would love to have. The first new car I ever had was a 1968 Camaro. The new Camaro reminds me of that 1968 car. The other is the Challenger. I had a 73 Charger and would really like one of the new Challengers. However, I WON’T EVER BUY ANOTHER GM OR CHRYSLER product due to the mess they let their unions drag America into. They can KMA!

I’ve seen some oddball races in my time, but this one’s amazing. Big swings on small percentages. Looks like we have another one from Dane coming then maybe things will settle down.

Gotta go to bed.

It all comes down to the 125/198 precincts reporting in Waukesha. If that number is right, then a nice chunk of votes come in for Prosser and he wins by 30,000 votes or more. Too many for the kinds of shenanigans many posters here worry about.

If the number’s wrong, well ... good night.

Based on that 125/198, I have Prosser pulling ahead.
