Not to put too fine a point on it, but Rush Limbaugh is talking smack about First Lady Michelle Obama's weight? Rush Limbaugh? And Michelle "you-can-cut-glass-with-my-chiseled-biceps" Obama?
As you well know, Michelle Obama has been taking plenty of criticism from the right for her nutritional campaign to encourage kids to move more and eat healthier fare. Joining her in the campaign is retail giant Wal-Mart, which recently announced it would begin reducing the sodium and fat in many of its prepared foods.

Imagine what the media would say if Sarah Palin had the “buff physique†of Michell Obama and then lectured us of diet, exercise and weight control.
Saturday Night Live and the late talk shows, would have have a years worth of satire and venom to spew.

Once again, media nitwits completely miss the point. Rush couldn’t care less about Michelle Obama’s weight. The issue is the Liberal Nanny State, telling everyone what to eat and what not to eat. It’s the intrusive sanctimony of these creeps that Rush was inveighing against.
Rush has never tried to mess with my restaurant meals or my children’s meals.
But Limbaugh isn’t lecturing America on what it should eat, while scarfing down 200-dollar lobsters and weighing the same as a Buick.

No, you are probably right. Limbaugh more likely scarfs down $7.50 triple-cheeseburgers-extra-mayo and weighs the same as a Cadillac.
Rush has the moral authority to lecture on most all things that ails America. But not the “overweight” issue. Not Rush.
Have you seen Rush lately? He is quite svelte.
He lost a lot of weight several years ago and has kept it off. Rush now keeps to a pretty healthy diet. He does enjoy his gourmet meals from time to time, but it is the exception not the rule.
You should check your facts before popping off.
He's not lecturing America -- Michelle Obama is. And that's what he's on about.
