Here's what I think will happen. Early in 2011, Hillary resigns as Secretary of State. A wholesale cabinet purge is coming anyway; Gates has said he's leaving, Geithner is treading water.

In late Spring, Hillary announces that she's forming the "Exploratory Committee" about running for Potus.

In the Summer, she announces. 2016 is too late for her, and she wants payback for what happened to her in 2008 (and honestly, she most certainly did have the Dem nomination stolen from her, starting with the Iowa and Nevada caucuses.)
