I watched a news segment in an earlier thread and the people interviewed essentially seemed to think it was his own fault. The US has posted advisories about certain places and the lake was one of them.

Never mind protect American citizens ... just warn them they'll be killed if we 'get too close' to "them".

This is the same psychology that has America spooked about shooting the invaders from islam.

Everywhere we turn there is another warning about how to tread softly when we're confronted by an enemy ... never a command to eliminate that enemy.

What's stopping us is lack of leadership. Rick Perry, our governor for 10 years, is part of the open borders, globalist crowd.

I'm Kathie Glass, Libertarian for Texas governor. My No. 1 issue is to secure our border using our Texas State Guard which is under the total control of the governor. Gov. Perry could have done this years ago. He hasn't and he won't because he doesn't believe in it.
