I lived there in 2005- 2006, right before I moved to Arizona.

I had an office in Westlake Village for years(part of Thousand Oaks).

Oh I am sure it's changed much....and I imagine that homes that were purchased when my cousin lived there...went nuclear in price since then.

Thus probably making most of those like my cousin upper middle class in assets....

Used to be a company in WestLake Village called RayPak....that I did business with...way back when.
