He should not have 5th amendment rights. He became a US citizen so he could commit jihad. He is not a regular citizen, in fact if he is one at all. Mouthpiece media and the administration are enemies of the people at this point.
It’s too far gone, though. Muslims will continue to commit mayhem until large numbers of people die.
I think we still have to follow the constitution. If we don’t, surely we will lose our way.
We’re so far gone away from the intent of the Constitution that it’s gonna be a hell of a ride to get back to it. Allowing jihadists fifth amendment rights is not the cure. It only prolongs the illness.
He is not a criminal, he is a jihadi warrior. As crappy as his attempt was.
