Spuak is a a baby killer. He knows O will not stand by that executive order or he’ll order his Justice Department to tank when the lawsuits are filed by NOW.
It’s a scam.
They got some dirt on Stupak and forced him to vote their way. Maybe he likes being tickled?

We need a better clip. The clip starts right at the "baby killer" shout.
We need a full context clip that shows Stupak's obnoxious and arrogant comments preceding the shout.
