She will not work within the status quo if she becomes President.

Her history seems to prove this. Her first moves as governor was to clear out the "good old boys network".

“Stand with me, my fellow pretzels, let us find new ways to twist ourselves into ever more amazing patterns of explanation and justification.”

Being a Romneybot you have a lot of experience, a veritable PH.D, in pretzels.

You’re missing Rush’s point. It’s still a free country and SP is free to do as she chooses, no matter what you try and label her as.

the lady is a class act and clearly values loyalty. As much as I loathe McCain it is hard to dump on her for this.

I’m disappointed in his endorsement of McCain, but I’d vote for Fred in a heartbeat if he ran again. He was the first political candidate I’d ever given money to. Just the same as I’d vote for Sarah.

Rush also pushed RINO Romney on us during the primary. Look how that turned out.

Rush never "pushed" anyone during the primaries...he liked some aspects of Mitt, Rudy and Fred, if I remember correctly.

...and even states that Joe the Plumber has said that he thinks Palin wold make a very good President...

That's because Joe changed his mind. Recently he said some negative things about Palin.

“Who said Reagan was perfect?”

Not me. You and I are the only ones that are perfect. And sometimes I wonder about you!

I hope that Sarah understands that she may be paying back McCain, but she is causing us incredible pain. McCain is the worst thing to ever happen to the republican party and we want him gone.

All I can ask is that Arizonans who love the state and the country stay away from the rallies for McCain even though you'd love to see Sarah.

Sounds like the action of a feminist, actually.

What exactly is a RINO? Someone who is not 100% in ideological lockstep with your definition of”conservatism”? It is the most overused and abused term on FR. To label Palin a RINO proves that it has become a meaningless term.

She supported McCain for president, if she didn’t support him now the MSM would run 30 min videos of her telling the world he should be president. She has no choice, besides it’s the loyal thing to do and I support it.
I would never vote for McCain, but I certainly understand why she has to endorse him.

Brices Crossroads, I love that name! I’m a big Forrest fan.

“Her history seems to prove this. Her first moves as governor was to clear out the “good old boys network”.”

Precisely. That is her history. Which is exactly why the “good old boys” are trying desperately to take her out.

errr.. no.. it sounds like the action of someone who cares about cleaning up corruption. If you see a 'feminist' action, that is your own Rorschach test.

She could’ve bided her time and ran later ... and she could’ve ended up remaining completely anonymous and unknown. If it weren’t for the nomination, she’d be anonymous and in Alaska ... and the Tea Party movement and GOP would be without its most inspirational leader.

McCain’s nomination of Sarah Palin may be the most significant and beneficial contribution of his entire political career. She didn’t attach herself to a RINO — he attached himself to her, and, in the process, may have inadvertently saved the conservative movement (and the country).

She could very well be the next Reagan, and I’m not sure we’d have been better off waiting another decade for her to emerge from Alaska.

RINO - Republican In Name Only.

I think that is easy to figure out. Someone who claims to be a Republican but on a substantial amount of issues votes like a socialist Demoncrap.
