MoveOn.org is launching a series of hard-hitting ads this week targeting the three Senate Democrats--Blanche Lincoln (Ark.), Mary Landrieu (La.) and Ben Nelson (Neb.)--who've co-sponsored Sen. Lisa Murkowski's (R-Alaska) resolution blocking the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.
The television ads, which will amount to a six-figure buy and run in Arkansas, Louisiana and Nebraska, feature unsettling images of Americans smoking to highlight their exposure to air pollution.

This is a devious plot to portray these three as conservative. Sort of a reverse psychology type of thing, raise their re-election prospects in 2010 and in Nelson’s case in 2012....
Pssst. There has been much talk from the left about the Tea Partiers splitting up the GOP.
I think there is equal chance the progressives are going to split up the Democrat Party.

No matter what they do, resign or move to the right or left, these three Senate seats are going RED next cycle.
There’s no pleasing the Left - unless you’re willing to do everything they want.
I pray you’re right, but unfortunately Landrieu’s not up for re-election this year. We have to wait a few years to replace her, but she’s ripped her pants on this health care fiasco and we will not let it rest when she does come up for re-election!!
