Wednesday morning she woke up with more power than she’s ever known. She and her counterparts in the liberal RINO wing are dangerous.

If she did this, she would be out next primary.

Don’t worry about Snowe, practically all the Pubs are making bipartisanship noises right now. They’re are all on TV saying that they’re all ready to join the Dims in true bipartisan fashion, where they work together to create policies with input from both sides, etc., etc.

Naturally, the Obamunists and their Congressional toadies will continue to operate behind closed doors, presenting fait acompli legislative agendas with no bipartisainship whatsoever. In fact, the Pubs are counting on it. The Pubs have the luxury of talking the talk, but not having to walk the walk, knowing hell will freeze over before the Obamunists and their allies agree to share governance. Fortunately for the Pubs, November 2010 will be here well before winter arrives in Hades.

She is exhibiting "battered wife syndrome". Despite the way the RATS abuse her, she keeps coming back for more.

She is an ill woman and needs retirement...really badly and really soon.

She probably asked Specter an advice on how she could act as a woman, and he sent her to Louisiana...

Here's what could pass with every Republican:

Crack down on abuse by insurance companies against pre-existing conditions.

Tort reform - get rid of the ambulance chasers.

Open free market, allow purchase across state lines.

Tax incentives for small businesses.

Increase the threshold on medicaid for those families truly struggling.

Strengthen COBRA for the unemployed.

This simple plan would lower the cost of health insurance and protect the vulnerable.

I am more worried about surviving as an intact nation Obama’s presidency than I am about my own personal survival or that of my elderly parents under Medicare. Seriously friend, that really is the focus of my prayers. This clown has not a clue about protecting our country from terrorists, it’s gonna happen and there’s not a thing we can do about it except pray he figures it out before it’s too late.

US Senator Olympia Snowe, smarting over the way Democrats moved health care negotiations behind closed doors and left her and other Republicans shut out of the process, is waiting for them to make the first move toward salvaging portions of the health care overhaul bill.

Translation: She's still a ho, but she wants the Dems to know her fee is negotiable.

It’s important to remember though... even if she did do a 180 and vote for it, I’m willing to bet there are a lot more of them who will not vote no this time around based on fear of public retaliation this fall. I think those will more than offset any real danger.

I’m wondering if the folks bashing her have read what she actually said in the article, or made the foolish choice of trusting the Glob’s headline writer.

Concur.

There are far too many knee jerk bozos around here.

Good deal Snowe. Throw your lot in with your buddies - and suffer the same fate.

If a Republican can win in Massachusetts and New Jersey over this, the Tea Party People can blow you and your leftist buddy Collins out of office in the primaries over this.

I heard Collins the other day on TV. Does she have a mental impairment? She sounds like she has the intellect of a retarded Rhinoceros.

We need to get her unelected and out of the Royal 100 Club. Will someone run against her in the primary in Maine?

Relax folks its not going to happen. The first rule of politics is “ POLITICAL SURVIVAL” You can bet, there are many dems and republicans that are saying, I will be done for if I am seen voting for this. They will stall it, and flounder it. Obama does not have the political capital to push it. Those dems 9 months ago could count on Obama to come in and campaign for them if things got close. Now let me ask you this....

Is there a democrat around today that can campaign for a close race and make a difference in that race? (Crickets chirping)
That’s right, NO ONE.
congress approval ratings is at 24%. The last 3 campaigns that Obama stumped for have LOST. It doesnt matter what Reid promises now, these guys will not be in office when the next Scott Brown rises in their district. There will not be money from fellow democrats from “safe seats” flowing into their campaigns. These guys that have been on the record of selling themselves out will be looking for a way that this thing dies and they wont be attached to it. You watch in the next coming weeks more and more “Un-named Democrats” will be sending back peddling messages through the media to pelosi, reid and obama that it is not going to make it.

It is done.

Well I agree that threats from terrorists and National security take priority. However, freedom and the quality of healthcare for all citizens will be negatively impacted if the government takes over healthcare.

My parents are already dead, but that council is another step toward the sort of health care that they have in England. No thanks. I like to have immediate access. It will impact more than just the elderly. I just cited bypass as one example. All ages will be negatively impacted in my opinion.

So I just pray a little longer, and include several important items which include, security & defense, health care, jobs etc. and then a blanket request that our leaders make intelligent decisions appropriate to a free and christian nation.

Furthermore I will add....

“As the Democrats continued to absorb Brown’s election, several said Obama must forcefully help them find a way to avoid the humiliation of enacting no bill, and they urged him to do so quickly, to put the painful process behind them.”

I believe that they will hang this around his neck and throw him overboard.
