Then again, what’s she going to say, “No, now that MA elected a Republican I’m changing my position of the last year?”
To: GQuagmire
How much is the ho going to charge?
On second thought she will give it away for free as usual.

Scared me at first too when I read that headline, but nothing she says confirms any fear that she is going to vote with those bozos on that bill. To unlock the door and allow Republicans in will change things in ways the dems won’t even support. No, I believe HCR is deader than a doornail..Campaign season right around the corner.

I’m wondering if the folks bashing her have read what she actually said in the article, or made the foolish choice of trusting the Glob’s headline writer.

“Campaign season right around the corner.”
True, but neither she or Collins is up for re-election this time. My first thought was of Forrest Gump’s famous line on the park bench.

One of the worst parts of HCR reform was already passed as part of porkulus. The council members have already been named and funding provided for what will likely become the “death panel” who is going to decide what procedures at what age are considered viable for treatment.
Over 65 and need a bypass? Forget it. Take a pill, go home and take it easy-coming soon to your local hospital.
Expect additional pieces of this bill to be tucked inside other legislation to try and pass under the radar.

Anybody with any modicum of self repect would at least tell the RATS...”meet me on my ground or take a hike”.
She is absolutely dying to find a way to support whatever they want to do.

I agree, Boston Globe seems to be totally ignoring the new reality in the Senate and in the House since Scott Brown won.
