Sarah Palin announced Wednesday that she will campaign for Sen. John McCain, her former presidential running mate, as he bids for another term in the Senate. She'll also stump for conservative up-and-comer Rep. Michele Bachmann and Texas Gov. Rick Perry in early 2010.

No one saw coming? Ah, most Sarah supporters knew she would do this months ago.

4 yrs, 6 yrs; that’s nitpickin. The fact is, Juan is unfit for the position.

Juan is for amnesty of illegals, and has stood in the way of cloing our borders. Lower taxes? Why do you think Health Care cost is exploding? All an illegal has to do is show up at a hospital and get free medical care. Live in a large city? I do, you will see that our illegals use the Emergency Room as their primary health care provider. Ever heard the term “Mexican Taxi” used for an ambulance?

All you have to do is look at the costs that illegals add to our country, then wonder why this ‘Conservative’ wants open borders. That thought ain’t conservative.

If a majority of the Republicans truly supported the planks you illustriously point to; then there would NOT be a minority of RINOs in charge. Think about that for a second. Either the RINOS are liars (imagine that) or they are stupid and incompetent enough to place the most liberal members of their party in positions of power. It’s like being given a turd sandwhich, and bickering about whether you got wheat bread when you prefer Rye.

Juan is part of the Feingold-McCain bill, that limits my free-speech. And yet, despite his many bills that limit my basic rights - you claim he’s a Conservative at heart?

And I’m half-cocked?

Hi Onyx,

Indeed. If Hayworth is as good as people say he’ll run and beat McCain regardless of Gov Palin’s support for him.

JD Hayworth has been mulling his entry into this race for weeks, if not months, and it’s quickly becoming his ‘now or never’ time.

It’s not easy to mount a campaign to unseat an entrenched incumbent. I’m not at all sure that JD has the “fire in the belly” necessary, given that he’s still hasn’t declared.

I am willing to donate to his campaign !!!

Take it up with the boss

You're the one pretending to be the boss. I don't recall you being appointed his spokesman.

It never fails to amaze me how those who proclaim “OUT WITH THE RINOS”, “NO MORE POLITICS AS USUAL”, “PRINCIPLE BEFORE PARTY” and claim others are in “LOCKSTEP WITH THE PARTY” are the first to demand we shut up, shut our brains down and get in lockstep behind THEIR preferred candidate...

George Orwell called it Doublethink.

Well, then why don’t you ask him directly, if you’ve got the gonads to do it, which I doubt?

You're the one pretending to be the boss.

Hey, I'm just pointing out his very clear posts on the issue and thereby FR's official position. I can't help it if you and your Palin-hating pals are on the wrong side.

And BTW, didn't you get suspended recently?

If a majority of the Republicans truly supported the planks you illustriously point to; then there would NOT be a minority of RINOs in charge.

Both the Nazis in Germany and the Communist in Russia controlled their countries with less than 10% being party members.

By the way, McCains' first name is John.

Why do you think Health Care cost is exploding? Mostly because of Government regulations, trail lawyers, and Insurance Companies giving a blank check to Hospitals and most Americans that think health care should be free.

Ever heard the term “Mexican Taxi” used for an ambulance?

Yes, from a few exaggerating bigots. There are more legal Mexicans here than illegal. Most are of working age and healthier than the average American. They have been doing brunt work for us for a century. Contributing to our prosperity. They are in demand because of their work ethic. However, we may now be experiencing an oversupply of good labor..

We are lucky to have a neighbor like Mexico, instead of a Indonesian, Pakistan or and other counter culture. I'm more worried about other legal imigration going on. Irritates me no end that Obama has called us a Muslim country.

Well, then why don’t you ask him directly,

Ask him what? If everything Palin does from this point forward is beyond discussion or criticism?

I don't think that's him. Just you.

If the 'savants' here at FR would have applied their idiotic litmus test to Reagan he would have 'failed'.
I've come to the irrefutable conclusion that those who begrudge Palin appear to have little use for logic or even common sense.
If their desires were realized conservatives, along with the GOP, would be a permanent minority in the U.S. Congress.

Yes, many would think like I do... I hope Brown learns the ropes before he drops in the polls.

Obviously NOBODY will EVER live up to your ideals. You want them to have NOTHING to do with Washington. Well, as soon as they are elected to national office, off to DC they go.

I guess you think that when McCain offered some encouraging words to Brown, that Brown should have told him to stick it up his behind. And of course when asked to campaign for McCain this year Sarah should have told him "get lost old man, I only campaigned for you in 2008 to further my political goals, not yours".

Yes, what a saint Sarah would be for stabbing McCain in the back. /sarcasm

I'm afraid Sarah has some qualities that you aren't even aware exist or have ever considered. Qualities like honor and loyalty.
