I just read your blog. My father had a different type of cancer, but, coincidentally, he thought he was having trouble with a sciatic nerve, too, after talking with someone who had that problem. And the doctors believed the problem was a sciatic nerve, too. Just as in your case, an MRI finally revealed that cancer was the real culprit.
He was not so fortunate, but his cancer already had spread throughout his body by the time it was diagnosed. It sounds like yours has been caught much earlier. There is SO much doctors can do for you these days. Keep fighting the fight, and we’ll all be pulling for you. God bless!

We thank You for every day of our existence, no matter what it may bring. This Sabbath is a day to lift up Jeff Head and his wife for Your special care and mercies, O merciful Father!
Jeff’s ardor and passion for his country, the nation we love and fear for, has been so apparent through his posts here; and now his passion and trust in You has also been revealed at his time of challenge, also inspiring so many others reading his words across the nation.
How You pour out Your children for the building of Your kingdom! You are the Great Author of our fates and Lover of our souls! In Your hands we place our trust in your healing power, Your majestic plan that sweeps centuries like grains of sand. In Your hands we place the health and recovery of Jeff Head, believing in the promises of Your Son, that even against the vastness of eternity in Your Mind, every hair on our heads is counted.
You Who know every fiber of our being, every cell in our bodies and every thought of our hearts, Father Above, lift up your servant Jeff and Mrs. Head into Your ineffable solace and comfort as they walk this test of endurance. May the peace that passes understanding be their constant, unwavering companion, as the Holy Spirit outworks every detail of their situation, their travel, their finances, their medical advice and treatment, their support network, their family interactions, and their saving faith.
