A Cook County judge has sided with a Playboy model who maintains that she shouldn't have been arrested for DUI after police pulled her over for running a red light on the Near North Side earlier this year.
Though prosecutors still can appeal Judge Thomas V. Lyons' ruling Tuesday, Crystal McCahill's lawyer said the case against his client is now "severely undermined."
"She's delighted," attorney Michael J. Monaco said of his client, who was Playboy's Miss May 2009.

I am with holding fianl judgement until I can review some full frontal not guilty.
Sounds like the judge is trying to score some points - either that or there’s some payoff on the back side for him.
Made me wonder if the Judge was a Christ de Burgh fan...

Give me a frickin’ break. The Police have probable cause to pull over any motorist any time. Broken tail light. (It’ll be broken by the time your car is impounded) Also, if you have any cash on you and/or a nice watch you can kiss them goodbye. They will never show up on your property list.
It happens every day in communities across the nation. The Judge wan angling for a Lewinsky.

That has to be the best set of mugshots in the history of mugshots. I've seen professional head-shots not look that good.

She's certainly not guilty but a google image search on her brings up some evidence that while not incriminating, is certainly troubling. I'm reminded of lumpy mashed potatoes for some reason.
I see a (horn) dog-fight between Tiger and Klintoon on this one.
Is this the kind of backside payoff you think he wants from her?
I'll bet the judge wants to administer his own "justice". I'll bet his nickname for his genitals is "Justice".
