Hahahahaha! If there was any doubt in my mind that Mr. Obama was headed for the dustbin of history, the above column has wiped it away. What is Mr. Shrum's win/loss record again? LOL

‘Except in this world of instant analysis, of outcomes proclaimed before events unfold, this skepticism would represent an inexplicably premature verdict on a President who is on the verge of overseeing economic revival and the historic achievement of national health reform.’
This a-hole REALLY needs to lay off the sauce.

“What is Mr. Shrum’s win/loss record again? LOL”
As of 2007, he was 0-8 in advising presidential candidates. I don’t recall him being a paid advisor in 2008, but if it was anyone but BO, then he’s 0-9. I hope our fearless leader adopts every suggestion made by this buffoon.

The administration surely will do more to prime the economic pumpnot with a single grand gesture, but with a series of steps in next years budget, which is filibuster-proof under Senate rules If he knows what to do to "prime the economic pump", why wait until next year's budget ? Why not this year's ?
Oh, wait - wasn't that what the stimulus package was supposed to do ? Prime the econmic pump and keep unemployment below 8% ? This guy is dreaming...

Then last week came the news that both Russia and China are increasingly aligning themselves with the U.S. to pressure Iran on the nuclear issueand that China has moved on climate change, as well. Diplomacy and deedslike Obamas much-maligned decision to recalibrate missile defense in Europe and reduce tensions with Moscow are achieving their desired ends.Oh please. Russia and China are not going to vote for sanctions in the security council, where it matters.
