The immediate blame must go to Piece County Judge Thomas J. Felnagle since he reversed the previous judge’s ruling of NO BAIL to $150,000 for Clemmons 7 days ago.

NO BAIL seems reasonable for felons charged with child rape.

The perp’s family could put the equity in their home up for bail easy enough. Good point and question- WHO POSTED BAIL?
