Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.

I see it this way. Those in DC are “players”. We are their “cheering section”. If no one was watching and cheering, there’d be no reason to play/march. They represent us and cheer for them.

Traffic cam at 14th and E Streets has shown solid crowd marching down PA Ave. for at least a half hour. Still two hours before the rally even starts.

I gave up many shows. I no longer watch the alphabet networks. I even gave up some shows on Fox - House and Bones - because they were going too ‘gay’. Now I basically just watch FNC - and not much on it. I get a lot more reading done.

Do you remember the tons of trash left on the Mall after O’s inauguration? Don’t think the Americans in DC today will leave such a sight.
Earlier in the thread it was stated that no porta potties are in place. That is a problem. Hope some porta-john company learns of this and gets some units to DC...pronto!
