He should rent the biggest hall in town, give away free beer, and have Sarah Palin make a guest appearance...just to show the weak-kneed RATs how it’s done. Video tape the whole shootin’ match and make it into a miniseries ;-)

A videotape is a good idea.

Senator DeMint may get a visit from some of our Socialist Alinsky friends. If he does, there are two possibilities.

11:45?? These times really suck! I have a standing work call from 11-11:30 on Thursdays, so I would get there with maybe 5 minutes to spare, and I probably would not be able to get in. I’ll still try though.

Haven’t been to the Beacon in about 25 years, but back then it was like the Soup Nazi place. You’d better know what you’re ordering when asked or you get an ear full of lip from the guy at the cash register.

Yeah, I don’t know why they’re hosting these things in dinky little rooms. They should be hosting these things in high school gyms.

Specter was at 3:00PM today in Kittanning, PA. Had to take the afternoon off.

And guess who just happened to show up from Pittsburgh?

This was a pleasant diversion: President of Clarion College Republicans

Snarlin Arlin's Meeting was a farce, Acorn and their supporters got 90% of the questions, which were all planted.

I would estimate that at least 700 people there in line for 200 seats. It was sunny, I will carry a burn for a few days.

Inside the building the crowd was 80-20 AGAINST Obamacare, and the crowd attempted to shout down the plants. Most of the good guys were amateurs, and they were frustrated by the way the meeting went. There was a lot of emotiontion there, and I hope they remember it next November when Specter defends against Toomey or Luksic.

Perhaps they will get involved this time.

Worth going to just to hit the Beacon - it’s a Sparkle City institution.

If DeMint wants to really hit a home run, he should spring for chile cheeseburgers all around.

I think this could be the most effective strategy the ‘pubbies could do right now. Get out there and show them that they aren’t afraid of the “great unwashed” (unlike all the dhimmicrats).

We don’t have any in Washington state or I would be urging them on. I wonder if we might borrow Mr. DeMint ;’}

Our Congressman, Joe Wilson, is having a town hall on 8/20 at the Lexington Town Hall at 6:00 p.m. He’s a very conservative guy and I know how he’ll vote on this insanity, but I’m going to do my best to go to the town hall.
