Republican senator says Snopes settled 'eligibility' (Kyl lays an egg)

Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., has referred constituents raising concerns over President Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office to an online "fact" organization that relies for its answer partly on information from the Obama campaign.

The response from Kyl to an Arizona constituent was revealed just one day after a Florida WND reader alerted WND to the fact Sen. Mel Martinez, R-Fla., had told him that Obama's eligibility was affirmed by voters who supported him in the Democratic primary and general elections in 2008.

The response from Kyl to a voter who asked about Obama's ability to meet the constitutional requirements for president said:

Thank you for your recent e-mail. Senator Obama meets the constitutional requirements for presidential office. Rumors pertaining to his citizenship status have been circulating on the Internet, and this information has been debunked by Snopes.com, which investigates the truth behind Internet rumors.

Senators are either dumb as dirt, cowards, or like to stick their collective heads in the sand.

You know what I love about America? Our spirit. In most countries the people find the smartest among them and send them to govern. Here, we send our village idiots so we can live at peace back home. Problem is, we have accumulated too many village idiots in Washington DC so everyone is asked to please keep yours at home after the next election. Thank You!

The management

Senators are either dumb as dirt, cowards, or and like to stick their collective heads in the sand each others' arses while engaged in their political circle-jerk.

There, I fixed it for you.

These people just get dumber. Can’t wait to find out how he likes it when he is hammering rock for a living like the rest of us.

I think the next thing that should go is these Congress critters pension plans and insurance plans and just about every perk they have got. We elected them to represent us; not to jerk us off. We suffer; they suffer.

I thiught I saw that was referenced in some discusson with Einstein Kyl as well.

I’m sorry your son is brain damaged but he could grow up to be a congressman, senator or president.

When Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz. was asked a particularly annoying question today he lost control of his bladder and, embarrassingly, filled his boots with urine. He asked a gathering crowd, who he deemed to be more intelligent than he, how to get the urine out of his boot. After being told by several people to look on the heel of his boot to see the instructions for pouring it out he did just that, much to the amusement of several of the onlookers in the crowd. He expressed regret for the mess he had created and excused himself from the room while the giggling and snickering crowd went back to their busy lives.

I received that same moronic response from Martinez, one of our FL senators. I answered him back saying that it was a good thing for him that he was retiring because such examples of stupidity and cowardice would have resulted in him being kicked out!

Maybe it was. I was trying some deadpan humor there.

>I’m sorry your son is brain damaged but he could grow up to be a congressman, senator or president.

I don’t have a son.
