We are the incumbent party with a sitting President which was effectively and completely destroyed by the media. It’s surprising and shocking to get our butts hung, but yet not really.
The Rats are about to find out that it’s real easy to bitch and complain, and a whole other thing to actually govern.
Its not amazing we lost today. Really. With the media 100% behind the enemy and Bush and the other Republicans not responding for the last eight years. I think 2004 was a miracle.
I think we would have been far better off if Kerry had won. He would have made a disaster out of the war on terror, everyone would have blamed him for the economy and we probably would have picked up seats in 2006. We would be breaking open the bubbly for a Republican Pres tonight and, perhaps, a GOP super majority.
Obama is going to make an even bigger mess of thing than Kerry would have. We must be ready to take advantage.
