I was poll watching at a suburban Philadelphia precinct from 7 to 3:30. By the time I left, 64% of registered voters had cast a vote in person or by absentee ballot. This is in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. Traffic was starting to increase again as I was leaving.
