The US government is so occupied with proving it's politically correct bona fides that it can't or won't see the dangerous situation that is being played out in plain view of federal agencies that are supposed to be protecting us.

When my wife recently asked me what will it take to wake America up to the dangers posed by fundamentalist Islam and our government's lackadaisical attitude toward radical Islamics living here in America, I told her maybe the murder of 3 or 4 million Americans and the loss of trillions of dollars in property destroyed or made unusable for centuries would bring about a start in that direction.

I wish the Lord would hurry up and intervene in this pitiful sad election cycle. The potential choices for President are the worst I can remember in my 52 years. I’ve seen some bad ones, but not like this cycle. These days, the only difference between the Demopublicans and the Republicrats is that the donkey party is radical lib-socialism, while the elephant party is lib-socialism lite. Ronald Reagan was not 100% perfect, but he was overall a fine president and I sure miss him. Nobody on the horizon even approaches him.
