No senator. If you vote for this, YOU are a dead duck. No more qwacks for you.
Stop the New World (B)order!
If your senator has felt your fire before, now it is time to give them an inferno. The rags are rattling about that this is done, time to get the fork, but insiders keep viewing tomorrow’s vote as being close, but one that will be a failure to protect this nation, a failure to punish the lawbreakers, a failure to do their sworn duty.
Fixed!

Capitol Hill could see a phone/email meltdown of historic proportions tomorrow morning.
That could be the quote of the year. LOL
It sounds like some of them are coming to their senses.
Remember how we were told in recent days that left-wing immigration advocacy groups were very reluctant about the bill, because it was purportedly so unfavorable to the immigrants?
Looks like that was just PR spin to try to make people think the bill was centrist. Now when the fate of the bill hands in the balance, La Raza is pleading for its passage.
It ain’t over till the Hildabeast squeals
ok, bad visual... :p
Light up their fax machines, phones & emails!!!

We can’t let it advance! We need a new bill, one that covers putting a wall along the ENTIRE border with NO strings attached. And then, we need a second bill that deports every single illegal immigrant, no strings attached.
President Bush and Senators: Stop trying to win new votes and actually do what must be done to protect our country!!!!!
If the bill dies the next step is to pressure our arrogant, transnationalist, elected officials to actually enforce the immigration laws already on the books. All of ‘em. And then to rescind the anchor baby provision of the 1965 Immigration Act. Lotta work ahead of us.
Not to excuse Coleman at all ... but it sounds like in the event we lose tomorrow, there may be one more trench to fall back to in the Senate before we retreat to the House.
Praying it doesn't come to that ....
Not all senators consider this morning's vote the key showdown, and say if the bill survives, there are other chances to defeat it.Sen. Norm Coleman, Minnesota Republican, said he plans to vote to proceed with the debate, but expects another 60-vote showdown on another parliamentary maneuver, known as a "point of order." Mr. Coleman said if the bill is not changed to his liking by then, he could join in voting to block it.
To state that it lost support implies that it had support to begin with.
And someone call George Bush and tell him to clean up the grafitti off the walls of our public library. I stop by my local library today to return some books, and the entire street facing side of the building, and the front entry, as well as a near by home and fences, have Mexican gang grafitti. So while you all are calling the Congress critters, call that do nothing but big spending Bush to get over here and clean up this grafitti off the walls of our public library. In fact, get his whole family over here, and all of his relatives to clean up this crap, it’s his fault.
Hopefully the “kill-shot” will come tomorrow,,,till then...
Prayers Up for the USA...

Don’t even think of the next step yet, this beast ain’t dead yet.
Before you turn in for the evening, send out one last round of emails, faxes or calls to the Senators on the fence.
If you get a busy signal at this hour, call the branch office, here is where to find all the branch numbers:

These jokers should be twitchin like a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs by the time that vote comes up later this morning.
9 hours and counting, one last push...
The article ends that Coleman is a “yes” on cloture tomorrow,
but is still fighting for his silly, meaningless “sanctuary city” thingy
“Amnesty, like beauty, may be in the eye of the beholder,” he said. “One thing is plain, and that is the 12 million undocumented immigrants are going to stay in the United States one way or another.” —Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA).
Did you all see this????? Specter should be impeached!!!! What he said is treason!!!!!
Everyone should check out the following link:

Got this e-mail from last night on my House e-mail address:
“
No No No!
I cannot believe the senate has gone as far as to betray the people of these
United States
by voting for the continuation of this horrific bill.
You can mark my words that these traitors political careers are over! We Will stand up and vote!
This is Taxation WITHOUT representation and the senate Does Not represent the American People!”
I love it when constituents (or in this case, some whack-job who has my e-mail address) say things like “mark my words.” Right before I blocked his address, I replied that in fact, the immigration vote will not change the outcome of a single Senate election...
6/27/2007 - 9:13 am
First of all, Arlen, try tripling that 12 million number. .....at miminum. Secondly, if we cut off their welfare freebies, went after their employers, rescinded the anchor baby laws, and commenced the deportation process you can bet your jack boots the majority of illegals would beat path back across the border. But of course you already know that.

I sent a letter of complaint to my congressman about the nasty, condescending behavior of the “interns”.
Might as well keep ragging on them now that it’s part of my daily routine... :p
I sent that link to Drudge, O’Reilly and Hannity. I also copied the whole 6/27 page into Word because if it hits the media we probably won’t be able to pull up the link.
I believe they are experiencing a fax meltdown tonight, it has been a struggle to get faxes to go through.
I believe in divine kharma.
That staffer will lose their job one day because of this issue and this vote.
Mark my words! :-)
they are lying to us. they want this bill through so bad, it is just ridiculous. La Raza (the race) and other racist latino organizations are fighting just as hard as the other side to make the thing pass.
VIA NRO:
Though, I would add Nelson in too... I think Bond is most solid and then Domenici, Burr and Nelson (55/45)... Then Webb (50/50), then Ensign (45/55)...
Bloomberg article is right that Gregg, Bingaman, Murkowski, Pryor, Stevens are undecided but possible...
WE NEED TO KEEP CALLING... THEY ARE RAMMING THIS THROUGH!
BIG HUGE MISTAKE!

~~~ Prayers Up for the USA...~~~~
Amen, Count~!!!!!
Courtesy of a pro-amnesty group, no less!!
Senator Coleman it’s time to kill this travesty before it takes down any more Republicans.
If you then also cut away unemployment benefits and our welfare away from "healthy" Americans they would come out in droves replacing the "low cost" mehicos coyotes who would be heading south very fast when no jobs available.
The employers should also be held strictly accountable for not hiring ILLEGAL aliens!!!
And if the bill passes, Mr. Bush will get the blame.
Seriously, the fact that 40 Democrats (the majority party in the chamber, btw) want this and the Pubbies are having trouble scaring up 20 tells you all you need to know about which party will benefit from the bill.
If we didn't have so many "electable" Rove RINOs in the Senate this bill would have been dead a long time ago.
“Amnesty, like beauty, may be in the eye of the beholder,” he said. “One thing is plain, and that is the 12 million undocumented immigrants are going to stay in the United States one way or another.” -Arlen Specter, Repubican Senator from Pennsylvania.
To our wonderful Senator Specter: The long-lasting black eye that you receive when this amnesty bill is defeated will not be beautiful to you. However, those of us who love liberty and freedom of speech and our ability to exercise our rights when it comes to legislation will see much beauty in your defeat, Senator Specter, and the defeat of any members of Congress who oppose the will of the American People.
Or what might also work is an executive branch willing to enforce the laws we already have.
Congress has already authorized a 700+ mile border fence. But if you haven’t noticed, we have an executive branch that isn’t concerned in the slightest in seeing its completion. If we don’t put in a President in favor of that fence going up, it’s our own fault.
We might get a Senate or a Congress willing to place massive fines on businesses who hire illegals, but if you remember, we had that Senate, that Congress, and that President, and they sold us out.
We need an executive who isn’t afraid to put the wrath of the American people upon Congress and turn up the cooker a few hundred degrees. Bush hasn’t been able to do that on a single issue, much less one where he’s determined to enrage his base.
I called Burrs office yesterday and told the little snot nose who was working the phone about how much money I had given and that we couldnt wait to throw him out for the way he voted.
SENATE BEGINS EARLY ON THURSDAY....9:30!!!!
bttt
call your senators!!!!
I called the 2 NOT representing NJ!!!
it was like calling the politburo of the old ussr....one is completely braindead and the other a hispanic desperately trying to get all of the latin america legalized into the US and creating a true TURD world nation!!!!
PRAY!
We got some sh-theads smoked out. now let’s go ahead and hang them. I am deadly serious here.
