My niece had just moved to Italy and she was alone and started hemorhaging. She managed to get help and they took her to an Italian hospital, they treated her like a queen but she was shocked at how archiac the hospital was.

That’s absolutely my experience. Karl Marx, their poet, called for violent revolution and for taking from those that have. The underpinnings of their socialist philosophy are violent and ‘seething with rage’, as you put it.

Actually, Marx himself was involved in a duel at one point, which to me may be a good indication of his inability to control his own anger. He seemed very much historically like a ‘rebel without a cause’, and an irresponsible youth who ran up big bills apparently socializing while attending university (his father had to pay them). When he went to Berlin and met Hess and Bauer he found a cause for his rebelliousness and thus began his career as a communist and hero to the left.

That’ll change when a Democrat becomes president.

Your typical Italian believes the health care in Cuba is excellent and that health care in the US is only for the wealthy. They think the poor are dying outside the doors of the hospitals because they aren’t allowed in. Seriously. The disease of socialism over there rots their brains.
