That explains why the NOW freepers support him, I guess.

Ouch! I think the NAGs just shut the door on Giuliani. That’s gotta hurt.

Talk about the classical kiss of death.Heck, if NARAL's loving embrace didn't kill Rudy's candidacy, this is small potatoes by comparision.

LOL...NAGs just has a whole new meaning to me these days...
I have come to believe whatever valid complaints women of the ages have had, they have totally been undermined by NAGs.
To: pissant
It’s because they’re such strong supporters of strict constructionist judges.

This was 2000. But still. He gets the local NOW endorsement, NARAL would endorse neither because they supported Hillary and Rudy the same.
As the Rudy supporters here say: He’s a man of priciple that doesn’t change his mind.

Salient point is Mrs. Clinton doesn&rsqu;t have the old biddy Oprah worshipers in her corner, for not dumping Mr. Clinton, as per the Oprah Code.

Dulles NOW was not your mother’s National Organization for Women they were and are a renegade group.
From their website;
“the popular dissident Chapter of the National Organization for Women located in Northern Virginia.
In line with the NOW Statement of Purpose, we rebelled against the national office in 1998 when the organization sided with the White House in the Lewinsky scandals, betraying itself, the membership and all American women. Harassed by the leadership, shunned by the establishment Old Media, we still stand.
Pro-choice, we have no litmus test on abortion. Like the majority of NOW members and the American public, we believe that partial-birth abortion equals infanticide and ought to be severely restricted.”
