  For this weeks Canteen Music Dedication we move along the timeline to "Nu Metal" music.

Nu metal, also called new metal, aggro metal or nü metal, is a musical genre that has origins in the mid 1990s. It typically fuses influences from the grunge and alternative metal of the 1990s with electronic music and various heavy metal genres, most often thrash metal and groove metal.

The selections below are just a sampling. This music is provided for the entertainment of our Troops, Veterans, Allies & their families!

Enjoy the varity of musical selections that the Canteen Deejays have provided throughout the thread. All DeeJays are happy to fill requests dedicated to the troops if we can.

I do the same. Take on more than I should. The true gardeners in us. LOL It does get done and then we will be happy. We just moved here this year, and I've done a lot of clean up. Moving of plants already. I moved a cedar tree the other day. That night, I felt like I had done hundreds of leg lift exercises. LOL! Last year, for some health issues, I could not garden. I'll make up for it this year ;). I will get Lady Fair Banks (right name correct?) I will take pictures for you too! ;)

I love the rain too. Especially after planting. I cannot wait to see flowers.

My whole yard would be nothing but flowers and only a tiny patch of grass in the front...but what would my yard guys do then??? ;-)

Also, I know what’s it’s like to not be able to garden.
I went through that kind of physical thing, for a couple of years.
But mine was clearly for my own “cosmetic” reasons. ;-)
AAAAAAAAAnd a tad of pain. ;-)

But never the less...the gardening didn’t get done.
But now it’s a little better and I have a more delicate approach to the gardening bug, that flings itself into whatever....with udder abandon!

Get that crazy thing away from me!!!!! LOL!!!

I hope your severe weather is gone for today. We are getting it bad tomorrow. They are reporting it so dramatically. I hope it’s just dramatics and not as bad as they have been presenting it.(not like this would be a first time for drama from reporting ;)

I’m working on the bones of the garden now. I will be ready to plant flowers come mid May :)
