There are furious rumors that he will announce his presidential run for 2008 tonight. People say no, but I personally wouldn't be surprised at all. The whole Hillary-Obama feud has shaken the ol' first lady of Arkansas.
[laughing out loud]
But what will win best animated feature!? Cars or Happy Feet!? or, I think there's another one.
Good evening Hostess.
Have we changed the clocks or sumpthin?
Your in early tonight.
If you peel off Gore's golden crust, is there chocolate inside?
[wave!]
He may play "hard to get" and wait until after his big mega concert this summer and then his Nobel. He certainly has the cash so that's not an issue. I'd LOVE it if old Al gave old Hill a run for her money!!!
whoo. hot mess.
Jeez. Look at those ham hocks Tipper call arms! ;0)
Like I said on another thread, homie better go on Atkins first.
Well, he is full of something brown... Jimmee Carter said on MTP today that he has been pestering algore to run in 2008, now thats pressure!
See! The plot thickens.
Tipper's gown is supposedly earth colored brown, with a green accent. Ain't that sweet?
Why so early tonight?
So that we can snark on the telecast, which is starting right now. Hope no one minds.
Is that Chelsea, second from the right?
Whose gown did Paramount chief Sumner Redstone most want to see? "My wife's dress. It is the dress that Effie wore in Dreamgirls." The mogul's spouse, Paula, said "I fell in love with it and my wonderful husband got it for me."
Redstone boasted, "Of course we had to take it in a little. I called the producers and said, 'How do I get that dress?' They said, 'It is already yours.'"
What does Redstone make of former Paramount actor Tom Cruise and studio chief Sherry Lansing working together again? "Sherry is one of my dearest friends, and Tom is a great actor. Mission Impossible was a strong film; the problem was his unacceptable behavior. But I look forward to us having dinner someday." -- William Keck
How unflattering. It a makes her hips look bigger and diminished her breasts. And that color...Salmon Puque?
"I know that many of you dislike the Oscars..."
The Oscars
Oscars, Emmy's, Tony's, Peoples Choice, Grammy's, Golden Globe, Independent Spirit, SAG, Guild, Film Critics Choice, American Music, CMA, MTV video, movie, TRA, Daytime Emmy's, TV Land, GIVE ME A FREAKIN BREAK!
Hysterical hoopla and hype for a group of shallow self absorbed narcissists gathering once a year to tell one another how wonderful they all are. It's the height of social triviality masquerading as cultural significance.
You will never see me devote even one line to the coverage of the Oscars or, for that matter, the annual meeting of any mutual admiration society. They are silly and have the socially redeeming value of gawking at a automobile accident with fatalities.
heh :)
Ellen's first three jokes fell flat.
