Responding, Hume wryly unloaded this haymaker on the Massachusetts senator of baleful Gallic mien: "Is it really fair to John Kerry to argue, Bill, that when he's in Switzerland he's away from home?"LOL! I LOVE it!

Why we love Brit!!! There is no one like Brit.
I love the irony that jane fonda and kerry were both bashing their country on the same day.

Brit Hume: "Poor Chuck Hagel, who is getting grandiloquent about voting for a legislatively meaningless Senate resolution and calling it courage. It makes you kind of sad." I call it pathetic. Hagel and his Dem co-horts only offer aid and comfort to the enemy, even in the face of Gen. Petraeus telling them this give-up resolution does exactly that. Congress is a disgrace. 9/11 has been forgotten. Thank God for Pres. Bush, who seems to be the only one standing up for victory on Capital Hill.
Brit Hume has the best political show on TV right now. It should be required viewing.

I think they are both (Hagel and Kerry) beneath contempt.
"Let's say I believe firmly in Ronald Reagan's 11th commandment: Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow Republican," Cheney said. "But it's very hard sometimes to adhere to that where Chuck Hagel is involved." ~~Dick Cheney Newsweek 1/28/2007
Amen.

Atleast we know Brit Hume is a true Patriot, the MSM and are academia may have poisoned the majority against a war for our very survival! How can a Jewish person be against this war I find it beyond reprehensible.

One Senator several days ago was whining that he would filibuster the Iraq resolution.
I posted "Why?" It is a meaningless piece of legislation. The Senator should save his effort for something that really has meaning. I noticed that Senator did not mention he would filibuster amnesty for illegals, for example.

How sad. My acquaintance, John Kerry, served as a useful example for me, this week. See below for more. Also, I pointed out the fact, never before revealed, that Kerry repeated the 12th grade in his boarding school in Switzerland. LOL.

It reminds me of the head of the American Episcopal Church talking about courage.
I wonder if a conservative Bishop who opposes the gay agenda would have a chance to become Presiding Bishop. Or if a conservative minister could even become a Bishop in today's climate. It takes no courage to be a liberal in today's Episcopal Church.
