Dick Morris's Appeal
Persons on Republican mailing lists this week received an appeal for funds from Dick Morris, President Bill Clinton's political strategist in 1995-1996, asking for a contribution between $25 and $100 or more to finance a critical film documentary of Sen. Hillary Clinton.
Signing the letter as "Former Clinton Adviser," Morris wrote: "If you liked how the Swift Boat Veterans turned the tide against John Kerry, you understand how a top Clinton aide can turn the tables and stop a Clinton-style liberal from becoming the next president of the United States."
Morris's appeal was made through The Presidential Coalition, run by conservative activist Dave Bossie. The letter described Morris as dedicated to electing presidents like Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. Since 1996, Morris has been an author, columnist and television commentator.
I don't trust Dick Morris.
Something about him leads me to feel the same way.

Neither do I. He will fill in for Neal Boortz or be on his show from time to time and whenever I hear him I can't help but wonder what his real motive is.

Geez! I wish it were illegal to declare, advertise or raise money for any election until 6 months prior, maybe 3 months prior.

There are plenty of reasons not to elect Hillary, but "because she hurt Dick Morris' feelings" is not high on the list.
I don't always trust him; but one thing I have always trusted in Dick Morris and that his unrelenting and abiding dislike; if not hate; of Hillary.

If he releases it in 07, it gives the Dems time to have the interest wane and call it "old news" in 08. Standard Clinton tactic.
After all they put him through? I'm not so sure that he isn't sincere. He's not a Lanny Davis, Harold Ickes, Bruce Lindsey, David Watkins, Rahm Emanuel, Susan McDougal or Webb Hubbell....time will tell I guess.

Morris still has gore-basms over BJ-clinton's "domestic policies" but he does hate her hiney-ous. I tend to believe he'd try to keep her out of the WH. That's as far as I'd trust him tho!

Maybe Morris was waiting for this day to come, he knew it was going to come and he is preparerd with daggers aplenty(damning evidence of illegal activity) to stab into the "beast"

Dick morris despises Hilliary with a jealous hatred, he would do almost anything to see her lose IMO.
Besides, if Morris does manage to get the video made, and it works, he would make big money as a political ad consultant for other campaigns.
Morris thinks it was Hillary's people who dug up the prostiture/toe-sucking story and fed it to the Enquirer to get him out of the way. He's been trying to get some payback ever since - I hope this one has some effect.
My gut says the same, no matter how much I like that he seems to despise hillbilly.

I guess both of them treated Morris like dirt, but that doesn't make me want to give him money. He worked for the Clintons as long as he could.
I think Morris's hatred of all things Clinton supercedes his wishy washiness. I'd throw him $25 for this.
This is his project. I hope his publicity helps us. Dick does not have the court case or Peter's home video. We have good stuff.
Still, he knows more about Hillary than anybody else. If he would be forthcoming with provable data, it might be worthwhile considering.
I thought Clinton always cherished his Dick. But Hillary always hated Dick.
