Well it can't be that we "didn't find anything" because that's old news. So, I suspect it is either: (1) An article about how the Bush administration allegedly covered up information that Iraq didn't have a program. or (2) An article about new revelations that Iraq was closer than previously reported.It's got to be something along the lines of (1) -- Bush knew they didn't have nukes but left the threat of nukes in as one of the reasons for invading. But it does seem old news.

whatever it is, it has to be a lie. that's why they waited until now to print it, not enough time to debunk it, but in just enough time to get all over the news.
