So I meant 1990. What's the difference we still ended up with the Arkansas sleezebag.
For me personally I wish they were a bit more religiously inclusive.
You don't have to be a Christian to be a constitutionalist.
Yes. That's how I saw it. Never mcpain or hillary. As I said before, if no CP candidate...I'll not vote.
I will actually vote for Hillary before McInsane, better the enemy you can see.
I'd vote for Bush the elder before I vote for either McCain or
Hillary.
There is that, for sure.
I agree. And I will do what I can.
This poll is like the hypothetical "who would you rather do, Whoopie Goldberg or Rosie O'Donnell?"
GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
Thank you for saying that because another Clinton in the WH will destroy the military once and for all.....
"prescription for endless war"
I agree, they need to proof read their statements before making them.
The part about the endless war...No more of our soldiers fighting and dying for a socialist Europe. Let them fight their own battles. When iran pushes them against the wall, they'll cry 'Uncle' and if we have half a brain, we'll toss them a quarter. They are helping to feed the instrument of their own possible demise. And they are not worth an American soldier.
As far as corporate globalist. I agree that corporate globalism is headed our way.
They left off the choice I would take. "Slit my wrists before election"
All save one, the cult of islam.
I hope you are right, decal, but can you refute AC's post #48 here?
Don't trust McCain even 1% more than Hillary but I heard this weekend the IOWA GOP machine is firmly in place for him. We citizens have to wake up and make certain he doesn't carry the primaries.
"As far as corporate globalist. I agree that corporate globalism is headed our way."
Peggy Noonan, of all people, has hinted as much, and very recently.
they also cite this: "In addition, informal rules often influence the selection process. The best known is that nationals of permanent members of the Security Council - China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom or the United States - cannot be considered for the post, as such would invest an unwise amount of leverage over international decisions in one government, notwithstanding the statutory independence of the office."
I know that this is not a formal rule, however, the US could always VETO any appointment of BJ Klinton...
Section 2.
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.
Section 3.
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information on the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
The place for those games is your local and state elections, and the national primaries. When it finally comes down to the vote for national office, you can't afford to play childish games. I do see beyond the letter by the name. I see the big picture. It seems your eyes are closed.
Thanks for the help with my diet.
I don't think I'm going to eat for the rest of the week....
