Her comment is kind of contradictory, I think. She wants to live in a country where she can protest, but she would be happier if Iraq remained under Saddam's control (where and when Iraq's people couldn't protest, without being killed). Hmmmm....

For Sy Hersch to latch on to this particular option and give it all the weight to the exclusion of other, assuredly more viable options, is journalistic malpractice. Sy Hersh has never before let "journalistic malpractice" stand between himself and a headline.
Why would he start now?
