My liberal sister was visiting recently and asked my wife what channel the Today show was on so she could watch it. My wife told her she didn't know (which she didn't), because we don't watch network channels (one exception -- the one "24" is on). Wife said the look on my sister's face was priceless. I suppose libbies think everyone watches that DNC drivel ...

Mike Greenberg on ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike in the Morning today jokingly said that Couric is leaving NBC because she is worried about competition from the radio show Greenberg and Mike Golic co-hosts. You wonder is he really joking given the fact Mike & Mike in the Morning is by far ESPN Radio's most popular show and the fact that Fox News Channel's Fox & Friends has also seriously cut into the ratings of the morning news shows.

The program started in 1952 and was originally called "Today". Back then they had a chimpanzee on the program who displayed a lot more intelligence, and common sense, than Katie Couric ever has.
