When to Wisconsin, and it actually wasn't a party school. FSU is one. Not Wisconsin It was when I was there in law school in the mid 90's. Still is now when wifey (also an alum) and I go back.

And those cool parties in the Spring and in the Fall? They cost the Madison Taxpayer upwards of $375,000.00 EACH for damages and police overtime. It's those kind of idiots that ruin it for all the decent party loving kids. :-)
