A sit-in? Dang! I wanted a full blown riot!

Poor kids. They really think they're doing something worthwhile. There are so many things to fight against in life- a silly cartoon isn't one of them. Back during WWII you didn't see this kind of frivolity- people were serious about staying alive and pitching in. We've just been at peace for so long, and had other people fighting for us to give us the luxury of complaining about silly things that don't matter.

Yeah, but she's a woman complaining about men.

That's a death penalty violation under Islam.

Where's the cartoon? I have a modest collection.

Is anyone else collecting these things? I understand that there's a real eye-opener titled 'Homohammed' floating around Europe.

Can't wait to see it.

I find this very interesting. A lib school paper "offending" an ethnic minority and the libs are supposed to apologize? Yet, their mantra is supposed to be "freedom of the press." Man, somebody's head is going to explode.

Man oh man, as a Wolfpacker I don't know who to side with on this one!

I have an idea, let them sit there through exams - they should flunk out after not showing up for them.

Decapitation [and even the de-derriering prior to it] ought to satisfy this requirement. When one IS a derriere, wouldn't the de-derriering amount to the capital sentence?

There is and official porkskin of The Carolina Tarheels, but I forget which brand it is. I'll have to start listening more closely to the commercials. :)

The editorial cartoon, drawn by senior Philip McFee, showed a turban-wearing Muhammad expressing dismay over worldwide violence that erupted after publication of Danish cartoons depicting the prophet.

If this offends them apparently they believe Muhammad would approve of violence as a response to cartoons.
