This was vintage Bush at his best. Classic smackdowns of his critics and reaffirming American values during a dangerous time. Refusing to accept defeatism or pessimism.
I think the Dems are doing a Spanish language response given by L.A.'s mayor. There might be another for the English speakers still left, however.
