If she honestly made that mistake, then she has NO CLUE about how the documents were definitively debunked.

Bush was asking hard questions....but whenever she would not answer he would "project" and say something like "you believed the documents, I know that Dan Rather believed them"....shoot---that is giving her "permission" to lie!!

Exactly. Panic arose when they realized that this pile of lies they spent 5 years building was exposed and nuked. Panic comes when they know they have no confidence in the integrity of this nutcase's fanatical pursuit. If you have integrity and you're a big conglomerate like CBS, the first reaction would not be panic.
What is most disturbing is the fact that the 80+ percent of journalists in this country who are registered democrats would have done the very same thing if given the opportunity..........

Folks, the problem is not Rather or Mapes, it the executives that run CBS and the other units of the MSM. And...it is also President GW Bush, his weak team, and the Whimpy Republicans in congress that just will not shove back against the low life, traitor/treasonous Democrat Party. I'm done fighting, this is a lost cause. Unfortunately, many innocent Americans, women and children included, will suffer and die horrible deaths in the future to come. The American people deserve what they get!!! It is they, and only they that will bring America down. Where is our leadership when we need them!!! I suspect, hiding in the closets of the White House, and hiding in the vast halls of congress!!!
