I agree with you, Scareborough was even worse that Chrissy Matthews, because he should have known better... I haven't watched Joe "Chuck Hagel" Scarborough since

Thanks for the heads up Mo1, I appreciate it

Matthews always pretends to be so shocked when he is accused of his BLATANT liberal bias. He then resorts to telling King that his father was a 'lifelong Republican'. I've seen PMSNBC Matthews do this before when called to the carpet for his obvious bias. He usually talks about his Republican brother though. Matthews uses his 'Republican' family members as seminar callers.

It would be interesting to find out where he grew up and what his dad did for a living. For example, if Dad were a social studies professor at a Massachusetts college, it's highly unlikely he was a Republican.

Joe licks the hands(butts)that feed him. Green is more powerful than red.

Well ...He best hope they are paying him some really big bucks ... because he has lost all credibility

Ellis Kinus was more fair and balance towards the President, the Feds and the Military then Joe was

Thanks for the email address! I'm gonna write to him tonight. I've always liked Peter King, but tonight I really developed a new appreciation for that guy. He is quick on his feet and was not at all intimidated by Chrisy. He was brilliant tonight.

Chrissy grew up in a town right outside of Philly

He's from a middle class family ... I wouldn't go researching into his father

Also .... His brother is a republican and my County Commissioner

Maybe he's telling the truth then. At least on that one point.

Yes, he did. I realize he voted against impeachment, but we are now in the 5th year of President Bush's presidency and I am interested in allies for the current battle.

King was excellent, and I am grateful. More Republicans need to stand up to the media like that...and we need to do the same thing. I am all for making media lives' a living hell. They shuld be called on every one of their lies.

It doesn't matter what political party PMSNBC Matthews brother and father are in. Matthews just uses them to deflect accusations of his own bias. The fact is, Matthews is a very partisan Democrat who allows his Jimmy Carter Liberal views to turn his 2 shows into a moveon.org talking points Bush bash.

The clown used to write speeches for Tip O'Neil; I think that about says it all. It was a priceless exchange, ranks up there with Zell Miller challenging Chrissy to a duel.

I have vague recollections of King being a sell-out during the whole Clinton thing, too.

Hard for me to get past that--but love to see Chris Matthews spanked on his own show!

Unless i am mistaken. KBR, which is a Halliburton subsidiary has Lady Bird Johnson as one of chief stockholders. Don't think she is in the evil GW camp is she?

MATTHEWS: The fact is that most people trust the media on this story because the pictures of what was happening down there in New Orleans apparently got to them before they heard of any federal action.

Yes, Mr. Matthews, most people saw pictures of tens of thousands of low-income New Orleans citizens trapped in a flood bowl after a storm surge.

However, Mr. Matthews, most people outside of conservative Internet sites such as FreeRepublic never saw pictures of the hundreds of New Orleans buses that the Southern Louisiana Evacuation Plan specifically stated were to be used to evacuate those low-income residents but which the incompetent Democrat Mayor and Democrat Governor never used.

In the rest of Louisiana, thousands of other buses were available to evacuate those tens of thousands of low-income citizens but the incompetent Democrat Mayor and Democrat Governor just allowed them to be stranded in a city that was predicted to flood in anything greater than a Category 3 storm. (Katrina was forecast as a Category 5 and hit as a Category 4.)

Why do you and the liberal news media completely ignore that, Mr. Matthews?

There are extremely important public education points to be made:

1. You do NOT leave anybody stranded in a Storm Surge zone. What Is "Storm Surge" and Why It Matters. (Katrina Education Vanity)

2. Low-income people need transportation help in evacuations which is exactly why the Southern Louisiana Evacuation Plan specifically stated that public buses were to be used to evacuate those low-income residents BEFORE the hurricane hit.

3. Failure to heed Points No. 1 and 2 results in hundreds of deaths and leaves thousands in horrible conditions.

Instead of providing such an educational service, Mr. Matthews, you and the other liberal news media demagogues focus on the fact that the Federal Government cannot then immediately and magically appear on the scene with a massive logistics effort and rescue tens of thousands of people within the time span of a 24 hour news cycle.

Maybe George Bush should have had Scotty on alert to beam those tens of thousands of stranded residents out of New Orleans instead of foolishly dealing with Katrina still wreaking havoc in states leading into New Orleans and such primitive 21st Century obstacles such as washed out bridges and blocked and/or flooded surface roads.

It seems to me, Mr. Matthews, that instead of educating the American public, you would much rather hold President Bush to science fiction or Deus ex machina standards.

It seems to me, Mr. Matthews, that you find bashing George Bush far more important that trying to educate the American public and thereby prevent the deaths of thousands of low-income black people in the future.

Let's not forget the Dueling Mud Ducks at Fox News - Shep Smith and Jeeraldo Reeviera. Geraldo: "You were great Shep." Shepard: "No, YOU were greater Geraldo. If I was a woman I'd want to have your baby."

What does Pulitzer do when they have two so obviously outstanding reporters? Tie goes to the fake hispanic guy!!

Peter King gave Matthews the worst beating since Zell Miller wanted to challenge him to a duel. Great TV!

Chrissy even had King back on his Mulligan (to even get ratings Chris has to do two shows) and received another arse whupping for his trouble.

Loved it when King told him he was using McCarthy tactics, pushing an agenda, MSM was to self congratulatory, & etc, etc, etc, etc. Chrissy once more looked as if he had been 8itched slapped severely about the head and shoulders.

All in all, I found Kings nerve and willingness to call a spade a spade to be a Zell Miller minute redux 2 for the spitter.

I think O'Riley is sleeping with Whoraldo, or at the very least has a severe infatuating crush on him.

He's so damned gutless and low-rent as to drag his own family into his own self-inflicted mess. What a lowlife that creep must be at the family picnic. Probably sticks that middle finger in the bowl of potato salad.
