Certainly appears he's a conservative. Plus, why would Dubya bother to take the heat that comes with nominating a white man if the guy wasn't even a real conservative?

I knew that he was more similar to Scalia than to Thomas, even if he dissented with Scalia in an article he wrote. Luttig was my name.
