Something that's impossible to find because everyone wants to only hire experienced people even though you can't get experience if no one will hire you, and they're too damned lazy to train you.
Finding a job is such a pain.


See its the company's fault because they are too lazy to train you.... It will only get worse if these kids learn Ebonics, then the companies will really get lazy... Who wants to pay to teach their employees how to speak English???

After reading your post I went and looked up "work." After this I looked up "employer."

Get this...

Employer is UNDEFINED! The word is not in urbandictionary.com!

I then looked up Entrepreneur. There is one definition. "the opposite of a contractor."
