Blame Bush not Liberals

Let me get this straight. You're accusing Bush of persuading the liberals on the court to support this, while the conservatives (who supposedly favor business) opposed it.

How about viewing this properly, instead? Liberals want to increase the power of the government in every manner, except the military. They want all your money, all your property, your guns, your right to free speech, etc.

Blaming Bush for this decision is about as dumb as blaming the Supreme Court for Dick Durbin's remarks about Gitmo. At some point, you actually hold the people responsible accountable without assigning the blame elsewhere. This is one of those times.

Didn't Kennedy support the majority opinion, the swing vote so to speak? Same guy who wouldn't hear the Schiavo case after congress demanded a court review. Total turncoat! Even a conservative can become a tyrant when he puts the black robe on.
