I made the mistake of saying that the reason that Preas Bush is successful is that he stays on message and isn't distracted by the road blcoks that are placed ahead of him. By comparing American soldiers to Nazi guards, Durbin implied that the holocaust was just a bunch Nazi guards draping women's panties over Jews' heads.

To compare the systematic slaughter of people to a few instances of prisoner mistreatment in Gitmo is beyond ridiculous. As a matter of fact, there is not even 1000 prisoners in Gitmo, and the majority are still alive and healthy. How can you compare Gitmo to Dachau?

My theory is you can generally follow the money. If Daley is doling out the money Durbin will bow low every time.

there have not been any deaths at Gitmo that i am aware of...there was an ex-detainee that said that he had seen two guys that were killed in Bagram before he was transferred to Gitmo.

Having said that, he has a tiny bit of a credibility problem, the jihadist that he is.
