Did Oswald train at Camp Peary?

under cover of the Office of Naval Intelligence, for Soviet assignments.”
In 1957, Oswald allegedly was “active in aerial reconnaissance of mainland
China and maintained a security clearance up to the ‘confidential' level.”

That set my bogosometer to jangling.

If Oswald was a "stringer",
he would not need anything higher
than a confidential clearance.

If he was an agency stringer,
he could have been used as a pigeon or dupe.

I agree in principle, but 2 factors cloud any conclusion on my part: 1. The negligent autopsy (if that word may even be applicable here), 2. The dichotomy of 2 shots with the same projectile and very different wounds and ballistics.
