Theresa Marie Schindler... May Daily Thread 2005 CALL TO ACTION: Our Fight for Justice Continues
Various Sources ^ | April 3, 2005 | floriduh voter

Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.

I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.

There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.

The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.

I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.

Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.

I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.

I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.

PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.

HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.

Thanks, FV

Article about how normalcy is returning to Hem...er Woodside Hospice

"Woodside, with room for 70 patients, is a small part of Hospice's $90-million-a-year operations. Hospice paid about $40,000 for off-duty Pinellas Park police officers to provide security, in addition to officers assigned there by the Police Department, Labyak said. That money came from a "quality of life" reserve fund that usually fulfills last wishes such as helping one patient fly to Peru to visit her mother."

They also interviewed some of the medical staff.

ROUTINE RETURNS A SENSE OF CALM

Notice the attempt to make sweet Terri's Death Chamber look so benign and lovely, with cute little accessories and decorative touches to quell the jittery nerves of the public so they'll not doubt how "peaceful" Terri's death was.

This is the room where Terri suffered, where that lovely sunlit view to the outside was denied her, where she writhed in pain, thirsted for a mere drop of water, and struggled for breath .. until her dried up body just ceased functioning.

WE WILL NEVER FORGET

Thanks for the news item. I didn't know that Lousiana already had a bill ready on this issue. It's strictly about nutrition and hydration, but I'd like to see it go further into how decisions are made. I think we need three things. The are:

1. The money from a lawsuit always goes into a trust fund to pay medical expenses for the victim. The money can never be used to pay for lawyers. If any is left when the patient dies, the remainder is either given to the state or returned to the original defendant. If any is left when the patient recovers to the point of not needing extraordinary care, the remainder goes to the patient.

2. The "findings" of a judge may be appealed. The appeals courts can and should look to see whether the original judge was right on the facts of a technical case and not just whether he followed the law.

3. If the spouse of a disabled person does something that is grounds for divorce, family or friends of the disabled person may file for divorce on that person's behalf. If the facts support a divorce, the divorce will be granted.

Bill

Floridians ought to write letters to editors, and/or call talk shows, to remind voters, which candidates voted against Terri - JUST BEFORE THEIR ELECTION.

And voters of other states shold do the same, when their reps/U.S. senators come up for reelection.

If you compare that room to the one with the pic of Terri that was reportedly taken in the hospice on day 13 of Terri's starvation, it doesn't look like there's paneling in the pic on Turner's site. The pic you posted has paneling behind the bed and a bedside table. Did they move the furniture around or is the Hal Turner pic a fake?

Sure her husband helped kill her but that doesn't change her last name

Lori Hackings parents changed her last name back to her maiden name ( I forget it at the moment) after they found Lori in the dump and were able to bury her

Sure it does.

Michael, when his family member died a few years back, LISTED JODI Centonze, his concubine, as a survivor, his (oh gag me with a spoon) financee-roflmao!....TERRI.............. HIS VICTEM, er, wife, WAS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN THE OBITUARY.

Did you know that that is how the Schindler's found OUT about his whore concubine?

So JRochelle, what's good for the goose is also good for the gander...whaddayasay? Apparently Michael doesn't consider Terri his WIFE or she would have been mentioned in the paper as thus! Instead, his whore, concubine, got the STARRING ROLE!!!!

So if the SCHINDLER's want to REMEMBER Terri as THEIR DAUGHTER with THEIR NAME, I say....

GOOD FOR THEM!

About time some REALITY crept into the NIGHTMARE they have lived with...

NOTE TO MICHAEL:

You lost. Big time. Terri's was mentioned in the MASS held for the POPE on Saturday...and at the mass in Washington DC, as well!

So denying the Schindlers a mass...lol......well...come on...Mr. Odometer....A MASS AT THE VATICAN!!! hehe...

GOD IS SO AWESOME!!!!!

I haven't put that name on her for a long time. No reason to.

No...no reason to call her any name, other than that, with which she was born.

She no longer has to put up with the dastardly acts of one of the cruelest evils that I've had any experience with in my long life!

I've seen mean and evil...but he and his death worshipping fiends topped it all!

We have to continue on and get through this!
Even though it still pains all of us, that love LIFE!

that picture was proven not to be taken during her starvation. It was a picture taken in 2002.

Theresa Marie Schindler, Martyr for the Gospel of Life, pray for us.

I have been rereading the account in St. Julian of Norwich's Showings The Revelations of Divine Love how Jesus was drained of every last drop of blood till he was dry as dry could be -- a thing she could barely stand to know or understand -- and of course I thought of Terri being dehydrated to death.

A fellow freeper made a video tribute to Terri. I'm sure he would like you all to see it.

In Honor of Terri Schiavo

Please let it load -- it's 11 mb.

Have headphones or sound on.

Hats off to the invisib1e hand for his dedication and hard work.

I will never refer to Terri as Terri Schiavo. IMO, she is,was, and will always be Terri Schindler.

Adding this to the thread here. It looks like there are already some attempts to organize. Perhaps we can join those groups too. Anyway this is a discussion from the previous thread on starting a Free Republic activist group.

It would really be great, if we could talk Jim Robinson into leading it.
Like others, my organizational skills are lacking, but if some of us get together, I think we could accomplish something.

First, we need a vision statment. I had two things, I wanted to see:

1) a law passed to protect the disabled.
2) an investigation

Both of these would need to be expanded.
For instance on the first one, we need to expand it to include some of the things some of us have already identified:
a) Look at the House Bill for protecting the disabled
b) We need to look at "what is due process in the case of the disabled". As it stands now, one judge can condemn someone to die that is disabled. This is outrageous. A criminal is given a jury trial and the courts bend over backwards to protect his rights.
c) how so we get "due process" changed. For criminals this had been interpreted by the courts with actual cases, such as the right to a speedy trial, etc. Do we need an amendment to change "due process for the disabled" or can it be done in a bill? Seems like a bill would be good enough, since they can pass things like advance directives without any problem. An amensment would take a long time.
d) Talk to the consitutional attorneys that have spoken out for Terri to look at helping us pass a bill/amendment and how to make it foolproof ( or should I say Judgeproof).
e)would be nice to get Mel on Board, as spokesman.

We may want to add two more vision statements:
3) End judicial tyranny.
4) Make congress and the President take back the powers invested in them.

I guess these would have to be voted on or something. I would back all four. There may be other points we would want to add. But I think we would have a better chance of getting something accomplished if we limited what we want to do.

We could formulate a vision statement in our new activist thread.

Since michael ORDERED the blinds drawn during the day,

one more way to crush Terri's spirit,

ordered NO TV (afraid she might hear something that upset her...lol..so much for a PVS state! That is SO LIKE saying he knew she understood the spoken word!)...

because he KNEW she might find some stimulation from hearing it and he SO WANTED her shut off from the world (a privacy issue, don't you know, ala scientology specs),

and since Michael did NOT allow gifts or RELIGIOUS symbols....

OH, and that music thingie felos talked about, the playing of the peaceful music as she was crying out for water and food with no way to express it as the morphine shut down whatever actions she could employ...........

what.......?

Is FELOS saying Terri could ENJOY music? Hmmmmmmmmm.

A PVS person could differentiate music, actually ENJOY IT?

Hmmmmmmmm

Does the HOSPICE death squad REALLY think we are fooled by this grotesque picture?

I have walked the halls of that particular hospice...seen the icky hallway names like "magnolia avenue" (oh PUKE) and seen the administrative office hallway where labyak hatches her euthanasia DEATH WITHOUT DIGNITY...starvation style!dehydration style! Kill the DISABLED STYLE...to hell with terminal illness requirements STYLE PLANS, which you walk by if you enter from the side door of the chapel (must KILL labyak that there is a chapel on the premises...but it makes it seem so...well...religious...dontchaknow!

What I wonder is.....upon walking around the entire perimeter, quite a few times, I noticed big fountains placed close to the buildings wings (all one story), five wings, I think, if you include the entryway short wing, ....

DO PEOPLE IN THaT HOSPICE WHO ARE BEING DEHYDRATED TO SPEED UP THE STARVATION FORCED to LISTEN to WATERFALL from FOUNTAINS as they experience a dryness none of us will ever know?

Ohhhhhhhh...these people are sick.

There is something so corrupt about this perverted group of death jockeys and the suncoast hospice and the pallative care at the univ SF ...it is just creepy.

Am looking forward to the END of LIFE PANEl findings (along with the PROJECT GRACE ADVISORY GROUP) and their insertion of the food and water as artificial means of sustaining life into the florida law...and that timetable and their associations as it relates to felos's activities therein and oh my goodness...even GREER's name pops up....This is going to so RIGHT!

thing is Republic, the majority of our states say that a feeding tube is considered life support, not just in Florida. However, I believe Florida took it to the extreme. I also believe that when the law was changed in states about this that they had no idea that it would be interpreted the way it was in Terri Schindler's case. But who knows!
