I was surprised he mentioned that the TAX payers were paying 80,000 a month for her care and how can we do this for everyone. Now if this hospice is being paid 80,000 a month it must be owned by the ACLU that is ridiclous. A Nursing home bed in Arkansas is 1,400 a month. Now I hate welfare but for the truly disabled I don't mind paying tax money for their care.

Not sure about all of that, but I am most certainly an O'Reilly fan. I like that he's willing to see any issue from any standpoint regardless of whether it makes him seem left or right. He shares his opinions, and you can't blame a guy for that.

As for Terri Schiavo...I just pray that this ordeal is over soon. I feel awful for her.

At one time when I first stared watching O'Reilly he was breath of fresh air. But in the last few years the success has gone to his head and he has become overbearing, smug and way to egotistical. I now find I can only take him in spurts. As for being a prominent Conservative I am not sure about that. He takes positions on issues that certainly don't agree with mine.
I think the downfall started when he had to have a radio show to compete with Rush and Sean Hannity.
In a nutshell he has become to full of himself and left his humility at home. You will find that a lot of people think this about him.

See I almost have to disagree with you there...I think O'Reilly has had some time where I've disagreed with him in the past, but frankly, I feel like he's more on track now than he has been in a while. Very humble recently...haven't you all noticed that? A lot of "thank you's" and so forth?

Well I had not noticed but at this point could care less.
He is just the same guy he was a few years ago, his Ego got out of control and he was reading too many of his own press clippings. He is just not a standard fare for me to watch anymore on a regular basis.
