Homonymic misspellings are on the rise these days. It is a sign of declining educational standards. It's also a sign that spell-checkers only flag misspelled words. It takes an educated brain to distinguish between homonyms. We are becoming a nation of functional illiterates.

"The alternative is too dreadful-God!"
The real alternative and the fact is that both God and evolution exist and are true.

We'll have no Homophonia on this forum ;-)Not guilty, Your Honor! I don't even own a homophone!
To: DGray
Like you I respect the right of creationist to express there views but there are threads specifically for that. Its like talking to my labor union neighbor where EVERY SINGLE discussion on anything resembling politics turns into a class war.

Encourage JR to create a "Science Forum."
Maybe some of the SN's would be less likely to disrupt threads if they weren't on the main news forum.

I see the most devolution in the reduced cranial capacity in creationists I am sure God is going to be very impressed with your knowledge when you explain to Him why you rejected truth and believed the lie of evolution despite the lack of proof for it. (Psa.19, Rom.1)
To: shubi
The alternative is too dreadful-God!" The real alternative and the fact is that both God and evolution exist and are true No, God has explained how He created in the Genesis account, and it is not evolution, it is direct creation.
To: fortheDeclaration
No, you are misinterpreting what the Bible means. Sorry.
The question you have to ask yourself is, how can I take two parts of the Bible that are contradictory and take them both literally? How can a big wooden boat save all the animals when there is no evidence of a global flood and would not be necessary? Ask yourself some questions that are common sense.

Hmmmmm... It is not very respectful to talk to a Christian minister like that. I am sure God is getting a good laugh out of the silly creationist take on the Bible.

I wouldn't mind it so much if they didn't condemn me to hell every time I help them with Bible interpretation.

Do you want to make this a Bible issue?
There is plenty of evidence of a 'global flood' as the fossils indicate a catastrophic event.
As for the animals, all one would need is the genus of the type, and the various species would come from that.
Just as all three major races came from the three familes (four counting Noah and his wife) in the Ark.
Any Creation Science website would explain all of these, so if you want the information it is out there.
But the problem you evolutionists have is figuring out 1. getting something from nothing. 2. getting life from non-life.
Those two should be enough to keep you busy.
To: shubi
You are a Christian minister and you do not believe what the Bible says?
I think you and God are going to have a very interesting discussion.
What Christian denomination do you belong to?
