Judge Baird was transferred from 315 Court St. (Greer's Complex) but EVEN THOUGH BAIRD WAS TRANSFERRED TO CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMPLEX AND HE HOLDS HEARINGS FOR CRIMINALS, he was permitted to keep Michael Schiavo v. Jeb Bush (may be legal but ethical?)

Can someone tell me in a nutshell why police haven't investigated this case thoroughly enough?

For starters, Terri survived her initial collapse. It got removed from homicide because she pulled through. Secondly, Michael's future MIL worked for Sheriff Rice's office before she passed away last September (2004).

Thirdly, and most horrible, is that there actually WAS an investigation by the DCF, but the contents of its findings were sealed by the court (Greer), because it had been quashed by someone at the DCF. Mitch Turner was one of the investigators. I have no idea how to get that file opened, but I can tell you, this is just one horrible thing after another. It's a little hard to understand why so many are so desperate to suppress the truth about Terri's true status.

The police probably botched the job, and/or are hiding cover-up by someone & perhaps that's why they are so desperate to suppress evidence.

How could Michael have a future mother-in-law if he did not and could not marry again (he did not divorce Terri)?

He has been formally engaged to Jodi Centonze since the summer of 1997. You do know, too, that he has two children with her. One should be three or so, and the other is about 18 months old. Unfortunately, Jodi's mom, Eleanor, passed away in Sept. 2004 just as Michael and Jodi were expected to be deposed for the not yet scheduled guardianship hearing. I wish Greer were an honest judge, but from the fact that Michael has received no discipline from the court for not even showing up at court-approved scheduled depositions, then it's quite apparent that Greer is not an honest judge.

Was the article posted at top of this thread included in the DCF 11 page presentation to Judge Greer, requesting that he allow them time to INVESTIGATE THAT HEINOUS B@STARD (my words, of course)? I sure hope so....this FINDING of Terri's broken bones, MASSIVE BROKEN BONES (must have been SOME fall in the bathroom, Michael, YOU MONSTER!) is offensive and NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT OUT INTO THE LIGHT.
